During worship please sit or stand as you choose.

 Notice Board

KITCHEN CHECKING:  Two volunteers needed to check over the kitchen (which takes around fifteen minutes) on a rota basis approximately once in every eight weeks at a time to suit you. If you are able to help, please contact Lorraine Dawes (01386) 443569) or Carole Sefton (01386) 552054. Many thanks.

MILK BOTTLE TOPS:  Thank you to everyone who has brought in milk bottle tops over the last few months.  We will stop collecting them at the end of this month as the Brownies are looking at other charity work.  The Brownie pack has been delighted with the support!  Thank you very much.

BRING & SHARE BBQ – Last Sunday of Every Month:  Now the summer months have arrived (hopefully!), we would like to invite all of the church fellowship to join us for a Bring & Share BBQ in the manse garden on the last Sunday of every month. A great opportunity to get to know each other better and have those conversations that we never get time for on Sunday mornings! If you would like to come please do just turn up with your food and drink contribution e.g. meat for BBQ, salad, rolls or drinks.

Dates: 26th May, 30th June, 28th July, 25th August,

NEW ONLINE CHURCH DATABASE:  As a church we have now started using a system called ChurchSuite to store and manage all of our data.  This system is compliant with the new data protection laws and means all of your personal information is stored in a safe location.  For those of you who agreed to be contacted by email, we will be contacting you in the next few weeks through the new system asking you to confirm that your information is correct. Please keep an eye on your inboxes!

CHURCHES TOGETHER IN PERSHORE: are holding a walk on Sunday 19th May.  Meet at 2:15pm at the car park by Pershore Bridge, near Pershore College, Grid Ref 952451. Although stout shoes are recommended, the circular walk of 3 gentle miles involves no stiles and goes through the lovely village of Pensham. The walk will be led by Heather Greenhalgh and David Oldham (tel. 561027). Everyone welcome including dogs. Unfortunately, not all gates are suitable for motorised scooters.  The aim is gentle exercise where members of the different churches can get to know each other a little better.

EVENING TOWN GUIDED WALK: for anyone who was unable to attend last time we will be holding another town walk on Friday 7th June at 6.30pm, starting at the church. It has been decided to do the walk in the evening as hopefully there will be less traffic noise.

Prayer Diary

Prayer for the Week:

Dear Lord, Bless the week ahead. May its challenges not overwhelm us, circumstances not discourage us, and in all things may we remember you are with us in our journeying, your love our fuel, your word our guide, today and always. Amen.

HEBA:      HEBA Team Alison MacKay

We thank God for each member of the HEBA Team who support the Churches in so many different ways.  Let us pray for each of the Regional Ministers to know God’s wisdom and discernment as they minister into different situations and for safety as they travel around the Association.  Let us pray too for those with administrative and financial gifts, who work alongside them, in the diversity of challenges that they face each day.

For more information about our church please contact one of the Deacons or email:
